By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Us
This website is operated by 18 Degree Patisserie Plt (LLP0045801-LGN).
Throughout the site, the terms "we", "our", and "us" refer to 18° Patisserie.
By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies published on our website.
2. Products
Every product at 18° Patisserie is freshly baked in small batches.
As each order is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, or appearance are natural and should not be considered defects.
Product photographs are intended as a guide and may differ slightly from the final product received.
3. Freshly Baked, Made to Order
Our cookies are baked according to scheduled production batches rather than mass-produced or kept in inventory.
Estimated pickup or dispatch dates are displayed on the product page and during checkout.
While we always strive to meet these timelines, they may occasionally be adjusted due to:
- High seasonal demand
- Ingredient availability
- Equipment maintenance
- Unforeseen operational circumstances
Should a significant delay occur, we'll notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Applicable shipping fees and delivery charges will be calculated during checkout.
5. Orders
Once an order has been successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Payment could not be verified
- Incorrect pricing due to system error
- Product availability
- Suspected fraudulent activity
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
6. Payment
We accept payment methods made available during checkout.
Orders will only enter our baking schedule after full payment has been successfully received.
7. Bank Transfer & Unpaid Orders
For orders placed using Bank Transfer or any manual payment method, payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing your order, unless otherwise stated.
Orders will only be confirmed after payment has been successfully received and verified.
If payment is not received within the required timeframe, 18° Patisserie reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice in order to release the baking slot for other customers.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
As every order is baked fresh to schedule, ingredient preparation begins before baking day.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production has begun, we may not be able to accommodate order changes, cancellations, or refunds.

9. Pickup & Delivery
Customers selecting Local Pickup are responsible for collecting their orders during the scheduled pickup window.
For local and nationwide deliveries, responsibility transfers to the courier once the parcel has been handed over.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Gift Orders
We're delighted to be part of your thoughtful gifting moments.
If you're sending our cookies as a gift, please ensure the recipient's name, delivery address, and contact number are accurate before completing your order.
18° Patisserie is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete recipient information provided during checkout.
11. Corporate & Bulk Orders
For corporate gifting, events, weddings, or bulk purchases, additional preparation time may be required depending on the order quantity and availability.
Corporate and bulk orders may be subject to separate quotations, production schedules, payment terms, and cancellation policies.
Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements, and we'll be happy to create a suitable solution for your occasion.
12. Storage & Freshness
Our cookies are carefully packed to help maintain their quality during transit.
For the best flavour and texture, we recommend enjoying them within the storage period stated on the packaging.
Once collected or delivered, customers are responsible for storing the products according to the care instructions provided.
13. Allergens
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles ingredients including, but not limited to:
- Wheat (Gluten)
- Eggs
- Milk
- Soy
- Tree Nuts
Although we take every reasonable precaution during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or traces of allergens.
Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should consume our products at their own discretion.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, branding, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and written content, is the property of 18° Patisserie unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, 18° Patisserie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
