🍪 Are your cookies baked fresh?

Yes! Every order is baked fresh in small batches after your order is confirmed. We don't keep large inventories, so you can enjoy our cookies at their best.


📅 When will my order be ready?

Your estimated pickup or dispatch date is displayed on the product page and during checkout.

We'll send you an email once your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched.


🚚 Do you ship across Malaysia?

Yes.

We currently deliver throughout Malaysia.

West Malaysia

  • RM8 flat rate
  • Free shipping for orders above RM100

East Malaysia

  • RM15 flat rate
  • Free shipping for orders above RM150

📍 Can I collect my order?

Yes.

Self collection is available from our Alor Setar kitchen.

Once your cookies are ready, you'll receive a pickup notification with the collection details.


🛵 Do you offer same-day local delivery?

Yes.

We offer same-day local delivery within selected areas in Alor Setar and Klang Valley.

Delivery fees are calculated during checkout.


🥜 Do your cookies contain allergens?

Yes.

Our cookies contain ingredients including:

  • Wheat (Gluten)
  • Milk
  • Eggs

Some flavours also contain:

  • Tree Nuts
  • Soy

📦 How should I store my cookies?

Store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature.

For the best flavour and texture, enjoy them within the recommended storage period stated on the packaging.


🎁 Can I send cookies as a gift?

Absolutely!

Simply enter the recipient's delivery details during checkout.

If you'd like to include a gift message, you can leave a note during checkout.


💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Bank Transfer
  • HitPay (coming soon)

Additional payment options may be introduced in the future.


✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every batch is freshly baked to order, changes or cancellations can only be accommodated before production begins.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.


❤️ Can I return my cookies?

As our products are freshly baked and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
