18° Patisserie began with a simple belief: some of life’s best moments deserve to be enjoyed slowly.
In a world that is always moving, we wanted to create something that gently invites you to pause—a box opened over tea, a favourite flavour shared at the table, or a thoughtful gift sent to someone you miss.
Our bakes are prepared in small batches, with care given to every recipe, flavour and detail of the packaging. We do not believe that meaningful moments need to be extravagant. Sometimes, they begin with something as simple as a freshly baked cookie.
Why 18°?
Our name is inspired by the idea of enjoying each bake at the moment when its flavours and textures feel just right.
To us, 18° is more than a temperature. It represents balance—the point between rushing and waiting, between everyday routines and the moments we choose to remember.
