Refund policy

Freshly Baked, Made Just for You

Every order at 18° Patisserie is baked fresh in small batches after your order is confirmed. As our products are perishable and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by customers, or personal taste preferences.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review each case carefully and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order, provided baking has not yet begun.

Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible as ingredients and production have already been committed to your order.

Failed Deliveries

For courier deliveries, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply.

Self Collection

Customers selecting self collection are encouraged to collect their order during the scheduled collection window between 10:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Payment Verification

Orders paid via Bank Transfer will only be confirmed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the order to release the baking slot.
