🍪 Are your cookies baked fresh?
Every order is baked fresh in small batches according to our scheduled baking dates. We don't keep large inventories, so every box is prepared with care.
📅 When will my order be ready?
Your estimated pickup or dispatch date is shown on each product page and at checkout. We'll email you once your cookies are ready.
📦 Do you accept corporate or bulk orders?
Yes. Corporate and bulk gifting enquiries are welcome, subject to availability and production capacity. Please contact us early so we can discuss quantities, fulfilment and delivery arrangements.
🚚 Do you deliver across Malaysia?
Yes.
We currently deliver throughout Malaysia.

Enjoy free delivery for orders above RM100 (West Malaysia) and RM200 (East Malaysia).
📍 Can I self-collect my order?
Absolutely.
Pickup is available from our Alor Setar kitchen.
You'll receive a notification once your cookies are freshly baked and ready for collection.
🎁 Can I send them as a gift?
Yes! Simply enter your recipient's details during checkout and we'll deliver a little moment of joy on your behalf.
🥜 Do your cookies contain allergens?
Our cookies contain wheat, eggs and dairy. Some flavours also contain tree nuts and soy.

🍪 How long will the cookies stay fresh?
Store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
For the best flavour and texture, enjoy them within the recommended storage period stated on the packaging.
