At 18° Patisserie, every batch is baked fresh in small quantities to ensure you receive our cookies at their very best. Rather than keeping large inventories, we bake according to our scheduled production batches.

Please note: We bake in scheduled small batches rather than every day. Your estimated dispatch or collection date will be displayed on the product page and during checkout before you complete your purchase.


Freshly Baked, Made to Order

Orders are prepared according to our announced baking schedule.

Once your order has been freshly baked, you'll receive an email confirming that your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched.

During festive seasons such as Mid-Autumn Festival and Chinese New Year, production schedules and delivery timelines may be adjusted due to increased demand. We recommend placing your order early to secure your preferred baking batch.


Self Collection

Self collection is available from our Alor Setar kitchen.

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM on the scheduled collection day.

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order.

If you're unable to collect your order during the scheduled collection window, please contact us as early as possible. While we'll do our best to accommodate alternative arrangements, this may not always be possible.


Local Delivery

We offer same-day local delivery within selected areas in Alor Setar and Klang Valley.

Local deliveries are fulfilled via trusted third-party delivery partners such as GrabExpress or Lalamove.

To ensure efficient routing, deliveries are arranged according to our daily delivery schedule. Delivery times cannot be selected or guaranteed, as one delivery partner may be assigned to multiple deliveries within the same route.

Local Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery postcode during checkout.

Alor Setar

  • Zone A - Alor Setar Central: RM8
  • Free delivery for orders above RM100

(Additional zones and charges may apply depending on the delivery location.)


Nationwide Delivery

We deliver across Malaysia using trusted courier partners.

West Malaysia

  • Flat rate: RM8
  • Free shipping for orders above RM100

East Malaysia

  • Flat rate: RM15
  • Free shipping for orders above RM150

Orders are dispatched according to our scheduled baking batches rather than immediately after purchase.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are subject to the courier's network and service conditions.


Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary during festive periods, public holidays, adverse weather, or unforeseen courier delays.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and recipient details are accurate before completing your order.

18° Patisserie is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required.


Freshness

Our cookies are carefully packed to help maintain their quality during transit.

For the best flavour and texture, we recommend enjoying them within the storage period stated on the packaging.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs before opening it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A brief description of the issue
